Flow 2 Onyx is an all-black dance sneaker: black upper, black sole, a structured silhouette and a classic sneaker profile, with everything a dance shoe needs built into it. It is the most supportive and robust shoe in the range, made on the SPYNFLEX® dance-engineered sole with a GROOVECLOUD® insole and an AIRDANCE+® upper. SPYNFLEX® SOLE

SPYNFLEX® is a one-piece composite polyurethane sole with two pivot points, one under the ball of the foot and one at the heel, so spinning is easy on both. Around the pivots the sole is textured for grip, which is what makes it controlled as well as smooth. Flex grooves at the forefoot and waist let it bend with every step for flexibility and floor feel, and because it is one piece there is nothing to work loose. Indoors and outdoors.

SUPPORT

Flow 2 comes up higher on the ankle for a secure, supported feel through long sessions. The heel pivot sits inside a ring of shock-absorbing reinforcement that softens every landing and is kinder on your knees and joints, and a 10 mm heel-to-toe drop keeps your posture and balance where dance form needs them.

REMOVABLE GROOVECLOUD® INSOLE

GROOVECLOUD® is a dual-density cushioning system: shock-absorbing foam underneath and memory foam comfort on top, without losing floor feel. It keeps the shoe comfortable through a three-hour social or a full day of classes while keeping the control and agility you need to dance. It is removable, too: lift it out and the shoe takes your own orthotics, so a custom footbed does not cost you the cushioning underneath.

AIRDANCE+® UPPER

The upper is AIRDANCE+® premium microfiber, lightweight, breathable and flexible, in a mix of tumbled and smooth-grained finishes that gives the shoe its texture and its support. Perforations at the toe and sides and a microfiber mesh lining keep air moving and feet dry through long sessions.

THE LOOK

Black from lace to sole. Tumbled and smooth microfiber panels give the upper texture without breaking the color, and the black sole keeps the whole shoe quiet. It is the most understated shoe in the range: it goes with everything, it works with a dressed-up look as easily as jeans, and nobody at dinner will know it is a dance shoe.
