Germany sizing and delivery

Do the size labels include EU sizes?
Yes. Every size label shows the US size with UK and EU sizes, and the size guide lists foot length for every size. The current range is true to size and runs from men's US 4 to 13.5 and women's US 5 to 14.5.
How long does delivery to Germany take?
Orders to Germany ship internationally and are processed in 1 to 2 business days. Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 days. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the customer's responsibility.
Can I return or exchange from Germany?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery. For Germany orders, return and exchange shipping is arranged and paid by the customer, so check the size guide and foot length before choosing.
Which style works for wide feet or bunions?
Flow 2 Wide is built for wide feet and bunions. It is a true 2E width with added volume around the toe box, so it has more room across the ball of the foot and toes. Use the size guide to choose your length.
Can I wear them outside after class?
Yes. The current range uses the SPYNFLEX® dance-engineered sole indoors and out: wood, vinyl and laminate in the studio, plus concrete, sidewalk and grass outside. The same sole also has a multi-textured surface for grip and glide.
Can I use my own orthotics?
Yes. Both current insoles are removable, so you can dance in them or fit your own orthotics. Flow 2 and Flow 2 Wide use the GROOVECLOUD® removable dual-density performance insole. Nova and Volt use the ORTHOFLOW® removable dance-responsive insole.
