I started wearing pulse shoes and it has made so much difference to my dancing! My knees and feet ache much less and i can spin more elegantly in them now! Love them so much!

Excellent sole for dancing but the insole is flimsy. I had to put insoles to strengthen the heal and protect my Achilles tendon and ankle. The material is a bit plasticky (vegan they say) but they do look good. Quality of material and insoles could be better as shoes are not cheap. The shoe does slides perfectly for dancing and avoiding leg injuries from sneakers that have too much grip. Not many dancing shoes like this in the market.

These shoes have been such a physical relief for me! A year too long on my first-ever pair of dance shoes had me in a lot of pain. Not only are my Pulse shoes more comfortable on the dance floor, I feel better the next day! And, my dancing has improved... Improved feel on the dance floor has coincided with better styling and flow in my group lessons and social dancing! Right on!

Comfortable on first wearing and I’m sure they will get more comfortable the more I wear them.

Amazing shoes, easy to dance in and spin in.

Took me a little bit to get used to them, but now I’m sold. They have changed my life. No longer does it take my legs days to recover after going out to a party.

Light and confortable

Have only worn my Pulse trainers twice but i am LOVING them ! They do fit snugly but are softening as promised and finding that I have far more movement to perfect the dance moved in my brilliant Zumba class! Very happy ! 😃

I’m nearly 70 years old and do a Zumba dance class three times a week. I have found these dance shoes have been amazing for both my dancing and they are kind on my joints!

The fit is very comfortable. I replaced the insoles with orthopedic insoles for better support. I am happy with my purchase.

The fit is great. Cushioning feels wonderful even dancing for a few hours at a time. My feet stay cool and don't sweat, like I've experienced with other dance sneakers. I will definitely purchase again when the need arises.

These are my favorite dance shoes right now. They’re sturdy but danceable. I’d love to see some more interesting colors.

Having seriously bruised the heal of my foot, I began to think my dancing was to be very much delayed (months). Apon trying on my new purchase i fond I could actually participate again

I use this pair of shoes for a hip hop class. They slide smoothly on a wooden floor. I use them indoors. Usually, I wear 7.5-8.0 athletic shoes. So, I was surprised that the company recommended US Women's size 7. They are a comfortable fit.
