We currently ship from warehouses within USA, Australia, United Kingdom and Canada (starting Feb 22, 2026). Orders from within these countries will not incur customs and duties import fees.

We make gimmick free dance sneakers engineered for performance, not adapted from streetwear. Every detail helps dancers move better, last longer, and stay in control, without paying extra for hype or gimmicks.

As dancers ourselves we kept having to choose, style or performance, comfort or control, and even then, the options were limited. A market dominated by a handful.

We created Pulse Dance Shoes to change that.

Unlike fashion sneakers Pulse Dance Shoes are engineered for dancing. Our sneakers are designed from the sole up to support spins, comfort, pivots, control, durability, support, posture, and shock absorption. The design is intentional, clean, and timeless, but performance and comfort always comes first.

Yes, our shoes run true to size.

That said, sizing can feel different between brands due to variations in internal padding, shoe construction, and fit preferences.

The easiest way is to use our True Fit Sizing App, available on all product pages.

It recommends the best Pulse size based on the shoes and brands you already wear.

No problem, we offer free exchanges.

If the shoe feels too long or too wide, try a half size or full size down, which will be slightly shorter and narrower.

If the shoe feels too short or too narrow, try a half size or full size up, which will be slightly longer and wider.

Our half sizes differ by approximately 5 mm.

It depends on the dancer. Some people prefer a snug fit for added control and agility, while others prefer a more relaxed fit for comfort during longer socials, congresses, or extended training sessions. Many dancers choose to have both options depending on how and how long they’re dancing.

A dance shoe should feel secure, with minimal movement inside the shoe, but comfort is key and fit is a personal preference. We recommend around a pencil-width of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe. The shoe will loosen slightly as it breaks in.

If your order has not been marked as delivered and the courier confirms it has been lost in transit, we’ll take full responsibility. In that case, we’ll organise either a replacement pair or a full refund as quickly as possible.

If a package is confirmed as lost or stolen before delivery, we’ll work directly with the courier to resolve the issue and make things right for you.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days or something doesn’t look right, please reach out to us and we’ll investigate with the courier on your behalf.

We’re here to help and will always support you when an issue occurs before delivery.

Once your order is marked as delivered by the courier, it’s considered successfully delivered to the address provided. At that point, responsibility for the package passes to the recipient.

If a package is stolen after delivery, we’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds or replacements, as what happens after delivery is outside of our control.

For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend selecting Shipping Protection at checkout. If Shipping Protection is included and a package is stolen after delivery, you can submit a claim directly through the Shipping Protection provider for review.

If you need a different size, no problem! We offer 30-day refunds and exchanges. Just make sure your shoes are in new, unused condition.

Pulse Dance Sneakers are designed for every style and every floor. The precision-crafted sole lets you spin, glide, and stay grounded, giving you balance, comfort, and control wherever you dance.

These sneakers are built for stability and support. During the break-in period, they’ll soften slightly around the ball and crease of the foot, loosening at your natural flex points. They won’t stretch much in length, so the fit you start with will stay true over time.

Yes. At first, your sneakers may feel firm due to the specialised sole treatment designed to enhance performance on dance floors.

After a few sessions, the soles will begin to flex and adapt where your feet naturally move. Because everyone’s flex points are different, the shoes gradually mould to your unique movement pattern.

It’s similar to breaking in jazz or pointe shoes, just with far more comfort built in.

Our shoes are a standard width, but slightly roomier in the toe box compared to other dance sneaker brands.

This gives a more forgiving fit, especially for those with wider feet. If you have narrow feet, we recommend choosing a size where your toes sit close to the front for the best fit.

For United Kingdom, Australia, United States, Canada most orders arrive within 2–4 business days. Singapore and New Zealand takes approximately 7 days.

For all other countries outside of the United Kingdom, Canada, United States & Australia delivery can take up to 21 business days, although orders often arrive sooner.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and Singapore. For all other countries, shipping rates vary and are displayed at checkout.

Yes, we offer express shipping. Pricing depends on your location and will be shown at checkout.

We offer ONE FREE return or exchange per order for all United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australian orders. For Singapore and New Zealand, a flat return fee of $15 USD applies. To lodge a return, please visit our Returns and Exchange Portal here. For all other countries return shipping must be arranged by the customer.

We cannot accept returns/exchanges for shoes that have been damaged, used or worn. To receive a full refund we only accept sneakers that are in resellable condition, with all tags, box and packaging intact.

Our return policy is designed to ensure you get the best fit prior to dancing in the shoes.

Think of it as the same as trying a pair of shoes at the mall only you are doing it in the comfort of your home.

To clean your sneakers, wipe with a damp microfibre cloth using circular motions. For stubborn marks, nail polish remover or rubbing alcohol can help, without harming the fabric. We’re all about keeping shoes fresh, which is why we use premium microfibre: lightweight, durable, and easy to care for.

To clean PU soles, gently scrub with warm soapy water using a soft cloth or toothbrush, then wipe dry, avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives.
