Returns and exchanges

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout: processed in 1 to 2 business days, and most orders arrive within 7 to 14 days, with express available at checkout. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the customer's responsibility. Returns and exchanges within 30 days, unworn and tried on indoors on a clean, soft surface; return shipping is at your cost.

Try your shoes on indoors on a clean, soft surface. Shoes worn for dancing cannot be returned as new, but a suspected manufacturing fault is always assessed under warranty.
