CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

All orders are shipped from within Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia where applicable. Orders outside of these countries are shipped from Australia. Pulse Dance Shoes is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied to international shipments.

Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. To start a return or exchange, simply visit our Returns Portal using your order number and email address.

UNITED STATES, AUSTRALIA, UNITED KINGDOM, CANADA (from Feb 22, 2026)

We offer one free return or exchange per original order within 30 days, provided the items are unused and undamaged. A prepaid return label will be provided.

Any additional returns or exchanges for the same order, including repeated size exchanges or new orders for the same item, will incur a USD $10 return shipping fee.

NEW ZEALAND

We provide a subsidised return label for USD$15, which is paid by the customer. If exchanging for a different size, there is an additional USD$15 shipping fee to send the replacement pair.

VIETNAM, SOUTH KOREA, THAILAND, JAPAN, TAIWAN, MALAYSIA, HONG KONG, SINGAPORE

Customers must arrange their own return shipping and return shipping costs.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Proof of purchase must be provided or the return must be submitted through the Returns Portal
• The return or exchange must be lodged within 30 days of delivery

Our free returns and exchanges policy is designed to help customers find the correct size. Items that have been worn for dancing or show signs of use may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Returned items must arrive in original, unused condition. We are not responsible for damage during return shipping. If an item arrives in a different condition to the photos submitted, a refund may be denied or partially granted.

Refunds do not include express shipping costs. Any express shipping fees paid will be deducted from the refund amount.

If a returned item arrives worn, damaged, or in a condition that does not match the submitted photos, and the damage was not caused during shipping, the refund may be denied and the item returned at your cost.
